Returns management (rma)
If you have a problem that has not been solved by our technical support, you can return the product to us. The first step is to complete the Return form.
This form must be completed in full and we will reply via e-mail within 3 working days with the return instructions.
Products must be returned in the original packaging. We do not reimburse products damaged due to insufficient packaging.
Please use an external protective box to prevent damage during transport. The return must first be approved.
