GioielliOro.eu offers free, insured (to his unquestionable decision) shipment all over Italy (delivery within 3 to 5 working days). For international destinations, the time of delivery will be stated at the time of order; shipment will be made via specialized express courier or by insured or registered mail; the customer will be promptly informed about the nature of the shipment. Once shipped, the customer can check the localization of the parcel at all times through a specific section of the site by entering the code assigned at the time of shipment. The localization service is not carried out by “gioiellioro.eu”, which, for this reason, cannot guarantee its correct functionality.

For security reasons, shipping to those countries where no standard conditions for passage are guaranteed, the delivery of the product will not be carried out by gioiellioro.eu therefore orders cannot be completed and registration will not be allowed. Any liability for non-compliance with this clause is at customer’s charge.

In case the direction for delivery differ from those indicated by the customer at the time of registration to the site for billing purposes, in order to implement a proper and secure order management, gioiellioro.eu reserves the right to request the customer to send by fax a double-sided photocopy of a valid identity document and his credit card (if the payment is made by this means) or a document that proves the identity and residence of the customer. Furthermore, for any type of shipping, the signature of an adult is required in order to collect the parcel and, in any case, it is full responsibility of the customer to make sure that there are authorized persons in the place where the delivery takes place. Gioiellioro.eu declines all responsibility for potential deliveries made at the address specified by the customer to unauthorized persons.

Under no circumstances shipments will be made other than those here specified.

In-store Pickup
You can personally pick up the jewel you have chosen at our Jewelry store. We accept cash payment only, according to the law limits, or early bank transfer. For this mode, we do not accept payments with PayPal; in which case we will refund the amount immediately.
