Overview
Art.1 -     gioiellioro.eu owned by ARTE ORAFA by PROIETTI ROSSANA based in Olevano Romano, via 6 Giugno 1944, 104, registered at the Chamber of Commerce of Rome, VAT identification number 03526391002, Fiscal code RSN55C47H494Y, hereafter referred as “gioiellioro.eu”.
The following conditions apply to all products purchased on the website www.gioiellioro.eu. We recommend reading and printing this agreement any time a purchase is made, since over time, this conditions are subject to change.

Descriptions
Art.2 -     All pictures of jewelry on the website gioiellioro.eu are accurately described and up-to-date as much as possible, but some photos may be lightly unlike in a non-significant way compared to the purchased jewel, for instance in the size that may be maximized to enlighten the details and therefore to give a better assessment of the jewel and so not to scale 1:1.

Orders Acceptance
Art.3 -     Orders are accepted only when gioiellioro.eu will send a receipt and order confirmation email (usually within 4 to 5 hours during opening hours, observing the following timetable: Monday to Saturday: from 9am to 1pm and from 4.30pm to 7.30pm; Thursday weekly rest day). If the shipping address is different from the one entered by the customer at the time of registration, gioiellioro.eu reserves the right to request copy of a valid document (on both sides) to be sent by fax. We will not accept orders with cash-on-delivery payment for customized goods made on customer’s taste or need (with internal incisions into rings or wedding bands, or tailored rings, etc.). Following acceptance, the customer undertakes to make the payment within five business days, after which the order will be cancelled.

Availability
Art.4 -     gioiellioro.eu commits itself to send the jewel purchased by the customer in the shortest possible time that may vary from the very same day to a maximum of 2 (two) working days from the payment confirmation.  For items that are not available there will be an agreement between gioiellioro.eu and the customer, however no later than 15 working days.

Package

Art.4 -1 -   The box shown in the pictures held the only explanatory function. GioielliOro.eu reserves the right to replace it with other case at its sole discretion. The gift pack is complimentary.

Payments
Art.5 -     GioielliOro.eu accepts payment as follows, in any case, before shipment:
- Pay Pal up to 499.00 euro. We do not accept pick up on site in this mode, we will refund the entire amount right away. We will only ship to the address provided by PayPal; if you want the product to be shipped to a different address, please make sure you have it changed in your PayPal account.
- Findomestic By choosing this form of payment for amount equal or greater than 400.00 euros, you will be redirected on the Findomestic website, where you can choose your monthly payment amount and complete your order by signing the contract, directly online. Findomestic offers a free service of ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE, which makes the request even faster and allows a response within 72 hours, generally within 24 hours. If you need help, Findomestic makes a representative at your disposal via CHAT or TELEPHONE; otherwise you may decide to make it at our store and obtain immediate response.
- Cash on Delivery only in Italy up to 499.00  by providing detailed direction for delivery only in Italy.
- In-store Pick up You can pick up the jewel of your choice at our jewelry, we accept only cash payment within the limits of the law, or bank transfer; PayPal will not be accepted and in this case we will refund the entire amount.
- Bank Transfer Goods will be shipped only after payment has been made (the customer will have to send us a copy of the receipt by fax in order to speed up the process)
- No credit card information is EVER stored by gioiellioro.eu.

Terms and Conditions for the Purchase and Delivery of Diamonds from GioielliOro.eu

Diamond Availability: Please note that the diamonds available for purchase are not physically present at our premises. Diamonds are made available for purchase exclusively online through our website.

Competitive Prices: Our diamonds are offered at very advantageous prices due to their non-physical availability on-site. This method allows us to reduce operational costs and pass the savings directly to our customers.

Online Purchase: Diamond purchases must be made exclusively online through our website. Customers can choose the desired diamond from the options available on our site.

Payment Method: Payment can only be made via bank transfer. In case of immediate need, we recommend making an instant bank transfer. All necessary payment instructions will be provided during the checkout process.

Payment Confirmation: Once payment is made, please send the transfer confirmation via WhatsApp to +39069562629 or via email to info@gioiellioro.eu. Diamond shipment will be processed only after receiving confirmation of the actual credit to our account.

Delivery Times: Once payment credit is confirmed, the diamond order will be processed, and the product will be delivered to our premises within a period ranging from 3 to 12 working days.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the customer declares to have understood and accepted all conditions related to the purchase and delivery of diamonds from GioielliOro.eu.

Shipment, insurance
Art.6 -    GioielliOro.eu offers free, insured shipment all over Italy (delivery within 3 to 5 working days). For international destinations, the time of delivery will be communicated at the time of order; shipment will be made via specialized express courier or by insured or registered mail; the customer will be promptly informed about the nature of the shipment. Once shipped, the customer can check the localization of the parcel at all times through a specific section of the site by entering the code assigned at the time of shipment. The localization service is not carried out by “gioiellioro.eu”, and, for this reason, it cannot guarantee its correct functionality.
For security reasons, shipping to those countries where no standard conditions for passage are guaranteed, the delivery of the product will not be carried out by gioiellioro.eu therefore orders cannot be completed and registration will not be allowed. Any liability for non-compliance with this clause is at customer’s charge.
In case the direction for delivery differs from those indicated by the customer at the time of registration to the site for billing purposes, in order to implement a proper and secure order management, gioiellioro.eu reserves the right to request the customer to send by fax a double-sided photocopy of a valid identity document and his credit card (if the payment is made by this means) or a document that proves the identity and residence of the customer. Furthermore, for any type of shipping, the signature of an adult is required in order to collect the parcel and, in any case, it is full responsibility of the customer to make sure that there are authorized persons in the place where the delivery takes place. GioielliOro.eu declines all responsibility for potential deliveries made at the address specified by the customer to unauthorized persons.
Under no circumstances shipments will be made other than those here specified.

Return policy and right of withdrawal
Art.7 -     The customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without having to state any reasons within 14 days following receipt of the product.
The right of withdrawal is linked to the existence of the following conditions:
•    1)  Products should have NEVER been used or worn and must not show wear-and-tear marks, abrasions, nicks or scratches.
•    2)  The product’s card or seal of authenticity, if present at the time of delivery, should not be separated or removed from the product.
•    3)  Products must be returned in their original packaging.
•    4) Certified diamonds NO!
Procedures for the exercise of the right of withdrawal: to return the purchased goods, covered by the withdrawal, you must provide your intention to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt. This notice can take place by sending a registered mail with return receipt and then by opening the rendered in the designated section of the website.
GioielliOro.eu will inform the customer by e-mail regarding the acceptance of the return and will allow the shipment of the package containing the goods, covered by the withdrawal, to the address:

The merchandise, covered by the withdrawal, travels under buyers’ responsibility and expense; any custom charges will be always charged to the purchasers; all the expenses for the re-entry of the product are under purchasers’ responsibilities.
Shipping costs incurred by the customer for the returned goods shall be refunded only in case of a verified mistake on the part of gioiellioro.eu and in no other cases.
GioielliOro.eu reserves the right to refuse returns of merchandise that DOES NOT RESPECT THE ABOVE CLAUSES, ART. 7, CLAUSE 1, 2, 3, 4.
GioielliOro.eu will refund the received amount, excluding any incurred shipping costs, through the same means used for the payment of the original order, within 15 (fifteen) working days from the receipt of the return.
Other means of reimbursement other than the original means of payment can be arranged with gioiellioro.eu as appropriate.
•    Goods must be accurately placed in their original package and sealed inside a box, sealed with tape and signed by the customer at those sides that can be opened by prying eyes.
•    For no reason in the recipient should appear the company name but ONLY the name and last name of the owner as follows: Rossana Proietti Via 6 Giugno 106 – Olaveno Romano (Rome) Italy 00035
•    Returns of products tailored to the customers’ special needs by incisions or alterations, such as resizing and all those cases where our goldsmith has somehow made changes to explicit requirements or needs, are NOT allowed.
•    Returns of earrings are not permitted for obvious hygienic reasons.
•    Shipping charges, insurance costs, custom charges (if the sale is made abroad) are at the sole responsibility and expense of the purchaser and all those return charges are at the buyer’s own expense; products travel at the risk and responsibility of the latter.
•    For goods of high value and for all goods, gioiellioro.eu may accept returns only after verifying the integrity of the package and however its acceptance does not exempt the purchaser from his obligations. Only after verifying the existence and integrity as well as the conformity of the return to the product originally sold, the buyer is released from any bond and gioiellioro.eu is obliged to refund the amount.
•    GioielliOro.eu is not responsible of any loss, theft or damages to the goods.

Prices, VAT and invoicing
Art.9 -     The prices of products displayed for sale on the website gioiellioro.eu are in euros and include VAT.
Shipping costs are at gioiellioro.eu expense unless otherwise duly reported.
For each purchased product, gioiellioro.eu shall issue an invoice. All prizes published on the website for each product are carefully updated to the greatest extent possible; nevertheless, in the event that even after the order, gioiellioro.eu may detect material and/or obvious errors in prices, it reserves the right to notify and promptly disclose to the buyer the price correctly updated without leading to a conflict either party. 

Disputes
Art.10 -    For disputes is expressly established by the parties the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Tivoli (Rome) (Italy).
